Choosing the right mattress starts with understanding the way you sleep. No matter how hard you try you will never be able to change the way you sleep, so ask yourself: “Do I sleep on my back, side or stomach?”
For back sleepers the main pressure point will be shoulders, hips and knees. For people who are used to sleeping on their back we recommend extra firm and firm mattresses.
If you are used to sleeping on your side, the pressure point will be shoulders and hips. You will feel more comfortable on a medium and soft mattress.
